Day of Wedding Planning
We will be there on the day of your wedding to make sure everything runs smoothly and all you have to worry about is having a good time. This package is perfect for the bride and groom that have already planned their special day and would like someone there to make sure everything is perfect.
Includes:
- Unlimited contact via phone & e-mail with your Coordinator
- Obtain copies of all vendor contracts from client
- Producing an itinerary for the day of the wedding
- Confirming services, delivery date, arrival times, etc. with all vendors a week before event
- Coordination of rehearsal to ensure all participants understand responsibilities and
schedule of events, (up to 2 hours)
- Placement of wedding programs, bubbles, exit petals, disposable cameras etc.
- Ensuring the venue is set up as expected
- Meeting and greeting suppliers on the day and ensuring they set up correctly
- Coordinating bridal party on wedding day to be dressed on time
- Coordinating bridal party to walk down the isle
- Making sure your dress and train are perfectly ready to walk down the aisle
- Gathering family and friends for pictures
- Settling supplier accounts on the day and gratuities
- Arranging your transportation and keeping in contact with your driver
- Prvoide approximately 10 hours of service on the day of your wedding
