- Find relevant suppliers for your approval and negotiate the best rates
- Invitation and guest list management
- Rehearsal coordination and attendance management

- The co-ordination of all other activities to allow you to enjoy the happiest day of your lives.


Platinum Wedding Package




This package does it all. From our initial meeting until your last dance, we will guide and advise you while organizing everything in between.

Includes:
- Unlimited contact via phone or e-mail
- Priority access to our coordinators for all questions and concerns throughout the process
- Initial consultation to discuss vision, style, priorities, budget, location, and design ideas
- Assistance in the development of creative ideas that define your unique style
- Personal wedding binder with personalized planning checklists and budget worksheets
- Scheduling for all vendor appointments
- Referrals for vendors selected with your style and budget in mind
- Theme/color/floral design suggestions and ideas
- Venue selection
- Assistance with scheduling fittings and selection of attire for bride and groom 
- Assistance with selecting the attire for the bridal party
-Guidance on resources for vows, music selections, speeches and obtaining a marriage license
- Assist with selection of Band or Disc Jockey for reception.
- Transportation and accommodation arrangements
- Assistance and for out-of-town guest activities and welcome gifts
- Attendance by Coordinator at your choice of any or all vendor meetings
